Lead and manage a team of Engagement Managers to deliver client implementation projects, ensure project governance and compliance, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with client-facing teams to enhance customer experience. | 10+ years delivering technical projects, 5+ years leading project management teams, experience with SaaS implementations, strong communication and leadership skills, and ability to manage organizational change. | The Manager of Engagement Management provides leadership over client implementation project management, leads Engagement (Project) Managers, has accountability for the governance of project portfolios, and supports strategic initiatives to drive continuous improvement across client project delivery. What you will need: · 10 yrs years of experience in delivering technical projects and programs. · Experience in Professional Services in delivering SaaS implementations and knowledge of the SaaS delivery model. · 5+ years of experience leading a strong, experienced team of Project Managers and Engagement Support resources. · Exceptional communication skills with a passion for successful customer outcomes. · Ability to successfully collaborate with all stakeholders and maintain a positive outlook. · Strong attention to detail with proficiency and experience in presenting and influencing senior leadership in a large organization. · Experience of managing through organizational and process change.
