This role sets the vision for content across platforms, driving cohesive product narratives and ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and messaging. The ideal candidate will manage content workflows, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to the evolution of our user experience messaging strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, write, edit, and optimize content across product interfaces, including flows, microcopy, emails, push notifications, educational materials, and navigational elements.Develop and execute content strategies throughout the product lifecycle, influencing decisions to improve user experience and ensure messaging consistency across member journeys.Define and drive a unified messaging vision across digital touchpoints, aligning with brand tone and voice.Create and maintain content guidelines and best practices for voice, tone, formatting, and interaction elements (e.g., headers, CTAs, emojis).Audit and analyze existing content to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in user experience and business performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, research, engineering, legal, and marketing to ensure content alignment and effectiveness.Advocate for content design principles and best practices within the UX team.Solve complex messaging challenges through storytelling, narrative design, and strategic content solutions.Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of content assets.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).7+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or content strategy.Proven ability to lead content initiatives and mentor others.Strong project management skills with experience managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.Excellent communication skills—both verbal and visual—with the ability to present concepts to diverse audiences.Advanced writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency.Experience with user-centered design methodologies and modern development standards (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Familiarity with web, mobile, and application design best practices.Preferred: Knowledge of financial services and Human Factors Institute certification.Our benefitsComprehensive medical benefitsCompetitive pay401(k) retirement plan…and much more!About INSPYR SolutionsTechnology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
