Manage client relationships, oversee project implementation, and coordinate with internal teams to meet client objectives within budget and timeline. | 2+ years of account management experience in an agency, media, or digital marketing environment, with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. | Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) is searching for it's next Account Manager. This opportunity is responsible for the management of one of our flagship clients, and will be responsible for managing client relationships, project implementation, account budgets, and internal team management in partnership with Account Director(s). The right person for this role will be able to forge a deep relationship with our clients, understand their business objectives, and execute on their deliverables on time and within budget. Responsibilities: Represent ITG as a trusted and strategic advisor, owning relationships with key decision makers for ITG’s most strategic accounts Collaborate with internal & external agency partners to drive creative and media strategies, including dollar allocations, execution & reporting Develop actionable briefs and SOWs and effectively lead kick-off meetings and consistently advise internal account and creative team Manage timelines, calendars, and planning tools Stays informed on industry trends, competitors, regulations, and related insights to address client needs proactively Support quarterly business meetings Provide clients with guidance, support, and critical thinking on industry innovations, trends, and new approaches with appropriate rationale to keep things fresh and updated while showcasing knowledge of industry best practices Keep all client assets on-brand 2+ years of account management experience at an agency, media company, or digital marketing company Reside and work in the Portland, OR area Strategic thinking, with an entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about solving business problems for clients Strong communication and problem-solving skills required Ability to strategize effective campaigns, develop client recommendations across various channels, and manage campaign components post-approval Confident in understanding and meeting clients’ expectations Strong collaborator, adept at working with internal and external partners to drive strategic project execution, and insightful reporting Excellent organizational skills to manage high volumes of information in deadline-driven environments Prior client management experience in the digital gaming industry a plus; or digital gaming knowledge On top of a competitive salary, you can expect a whole load of perks: Unlimited PTO after 90-days of employment 10 paid holidays Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision 401k with employer matching (after 1 year of service) Referral bonus for bringing great talent to the organization A savings discount plan on entertainment, hotel stays, travel, shopping, and more! Final compensation will be determined at the time of offer. Range: $65,000-$78,000 USD annually. Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions that resonate with target audiences and elevate brand identities. You will lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and fresh thinking. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creative direction for multiple high-profile projects, ensuring that our creative output is strategically aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines. Generate and present innovative visual concepts and designs for campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and experiential. Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to produce cohesive and compelling campaigns that speak to the audience. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback that enhances their skills and growth within the company. Stay current with design trends, industry advancements, and competitive landscape, influencing and inspiring creative strategy within the team. Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring quality standards are met while adhering to deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the creative industry, preferably within an agency setting. Demonstrated expertise in visual design, typography, and layout with a deep understanding of current design trends and tools. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant design software. Experienced in UI/UX design principles and practices, with a portfolio showcasing interactive and digital design work. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts effectively to clients and internal stakeholders. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and mentoring creative teams. A portfolio that showcases a variety of work and demonstrates your capability across different mediums and design styles. Strong preference to candidates residing in the Pacific time zone.
