You will focus on developing students' critical thinking, pattern recognition, and competitive play skills through interactive, real-time instruction. Key Responsibilities • Deliver live 1-on-1 or group chess lessons via the Infyni virtual platform. • Design and implement a curriculum focused on opening theory, middle-game strategy, endgame techniques, and tactical puzzles. • Analyze student games and provide constructive feedback to improve their Elo/rating. • Manage student progress and share resources through the Infyni LMS. • Maintain a professional, encouraging, and interactive remote learning environment. Requirements • Expert-level chess knowledge: Strong preference for candidates with a FIDE/USCF title (CM, NM, FM, IM, GM) or a high verified online rating. • Proven experience in chess coaching or leading chess clubs/camps. • Ability to simplify complex strategic concepts for beginners while challenging advanced players. • Proficiency with digital chess tools (e.g., Lichess, Chess.com, or specialized analysis software). • Professional remote setup with reliable high-speed internet.
