Design and develop scalable React and TypeScript web applications, collaborate with teams, and mentor junior developers. | Over 5 years of professional experience with expert React and TypeScript knowledge, proficiency in state management, testing, and Agile. | Position Summary We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Front-End Engineer to join our engineering team and help build modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You will collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, Architects, and fellow Engineers to transform business requirements into intuitive user experiences while contributing to the technical direction of our front-end ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, writing clean and maintainable code, and continuously learning new technologies in a fast-paced Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Front-End Development Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React and TypeScript. Build reusable, scalable, and high-performance UI components. Translate business and UX requirements into robust technical solutions. Ensure responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces. Architecture & Engineering Contribute to front-end architecture and technical design decisions. Promote clean code principles, best practices, and coding standards. Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability. Participate in code reviews and mentor less experienced developers. Testing & Quality Develop automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Ensure high code quality using modern testing frameworks and CI/CD practices. Identify and resolve technical issues throughout the software development lifecycle. Collaboration Work closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, QA Engineers, and cross-functional development teams. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical innovation. Required Qualifications Experience 5+ years of professional experience developing modern web applications. Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript. Experience delivering complex front-end solutions in Agile environments. Proven ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously. Technical Skills Expert knowledge of React. Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with Angular is considered an advantage. Solid understanding of state management (Redux). Experience with Node.js and front-end tooling. Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Playwright, and Vitest. Familiarity with Vite and modern build tools. Experience with CSS-in-JS and responsive UI development. Understanding of Server-Side Rendering (SSR). Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced engineering environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience with Micro Frontend architecture. Knowledge of reactive programming using RxJS. Experience with Webpack, Vite, and modern front-end build pipelines. Experience working across the full Agile software development lifecycle. Exposure to enterprise-scale web applications.
