Build What Doesn’t Yet Exist. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Treasury Operations to architect and scale a treasury function that will support one of the most ambitious hyperscale data center developments in North America. This is not a legacy role — it’s a greenfield opportunity to design treasury from the ground up, implement enterprise-grade systems, and build the cash visibility and controls that power a high-performance finance operation. This role is ideal for a strategic doer — someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to leave a lasting impact on a business growing at hyperspeed. What You’ll Own Treasury Infrastructure & Systems • Lead the selection and implementation of a Treasury Management System (TMS) • Integrate the TMS with ERP, banking platforms, and financial systems • Develop automated dashboards and reporting for real-time liquidity oversight Controls & Compliance • Design and implement treasury policies and SOX-compliant controls • Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, loan covenants, and credit exposure limits • Maintain control over bank account structures, entitlements, and approvals Cash & Liquidity Management • Oversee global cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and intercompany funding flows • Drive strategies for working capital optimization, short-term investing, and debt utilization • Ensure secure and compliant execution of domestic and cross-border payments Banking Operations • Build and manage global banking relationships and infrastructure • Lead negotiations on banking services and fintech integrations • Standardize account governance across multi-entity, multi-currency operations Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership • Build and mentor a high-performing treasury team • Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and Tax to align on forecasting, liquidity, and reporting • Provide senior leadership with strategic insights on cash, risk, and treasury operations What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CTP, or CFA a plus) • 8+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or banking, including systems and controls • Hands-on experience with TMS implementation and ERP integrations • Deep knowledge of SOX, internal controls, and compliance frameworks • Proven ability to scale treasury in high-growth, capital-intensive environments • Strong leadership presence with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills • Previous experience working in a relatable industry such as energy infrastructure or LNG, etc. Why Join Us • Shape the future of treasury at one of the most ambitious infrastructure projects in the U.S. • Own a critical function in a greenfield environment with real decision-making authority • Work with a world-class finance team and gain exposure to executive leadership • Be part of a company investing heavily in people, systems, and innovation If you're ready to build something from the ground up — and do it at scale — we want to hear from you.
