Job Description The Logistics Attendant is responsible for coordinating and executing material movements, receiving, shipping, and warehouse functions across the organization. This role is essential to the company’s customer experience by ensuring timely and accurate supply of materials to internal departments and external customers. The Logistics Attendant supports interdepartmental communication, collaborates with outside operations, and maintains a high level of accuracy and service throughout all logistics workflows. The primary purpose of this position is to receive, evaluate, stock, ship, and manage materials from receipt through consumption or sale, ensuring seamless flow and operational continuity. Essential Job Duties Receive and process incoming materials from receipt through stocking, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips. Verify, inspect, and document incoming goods for quality, quantity, and compliance with specifications. Establish and maintain storage locations, ensuring proper rotation and organization of inventory in warehouse and production areas. Safely operate material-handling equipment (forklifts, lift trucks, pallet jacks, VLMs) to transport materials and navigate narrow aisles. Stock materials in high-bay racking and vertical lift modules (VLMs), consolidating and securing inventory to maximize storage efficiency. Accurately pick and stage materials for production, Kanban replenishment, and internal orders, ensuring timely delivery to designated areas. Follow packaging and labeling guidelines to ensure the safety, compliance, and integrity of all outbound shipments. Manage internal consumption and replenishment of packaging materials. Operate packaging equipment such as shrink wrappers, banders, and stretch wrappers to prepare goods for shipment. Organize, build, and secure consolidated deliveries, ensuring proper documentation and traceability of all materials. Process and prepare domestic, international, dangerous goods, and freight shipments, following all regulatory and carrier requirements. Collaborate closely with Order Management, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time shipment, accurate documentation, and high levels of customer satisfaction. Basic Job Skills Strong computer and process skills; proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Office applications is highly recommended. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and maintain a strong sense of urgency. Capable of meeting deadlines and performing well under pressure in a dynamic environment. Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting. Skilled in the safe and efficient operation of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, VLMs, and material handling tools). Qualifications Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or GED and 0-2 years relevant experience Certifications/License Capable of becoming Forklift Certification Physical Requirements Require constant (5-8 hours/day) lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds on a daily basis. Requires frequent (2-5 hours/day) pushing up to 50 pounds, sustained visual concentration on small areas and repetitive hand motions on a daily basis Requires occasional (up to 2 hours/day) bending, crawling, crouching, climbing, sitting, kneeling, reaching on a daily basis Frequently sustained visual concentration on small areas (e.g. monitors, screens, spreadsheets, legal documents, etc.) Additional Information For New York, the expected salary range for this position is between $38,480 and $48,100 per year. In addition, INFICON employees are eligible for a profit sharing bonus with a target of 10%. Job Description The Semiconductor Account Manager will drive sales growth and market expansion for INFICON products within key OEM and Semi End User accounts primarily located in the eastern US territory. By leveraging deep industry expertise, particularly in vacuum physics and semiconductor processes, the Key Account Manager will position INFICON as a trusted partner in enhancing operational efficiency and quality for semiconductor clients. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals and market expansion within assigned accounts. • Identify growth opportunities for INFICON’s product portfolio, which includes FDC and Industrial Engineering SW solutions, gauges, ALD coating solutions, and Smart Sensors. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing the specific needs of semiconductor OEMs and Semi End User accounts. • Provide technical guidance and expertise on the application of INFICON products to meet customer requirements. • Manage comprehensive account activities, including preparing quotes, negotiating sales contracts, submitting forecasts, and creating key account plans and monthly reports. • Provide valuable feedback to Business Units regarding product introduction strategies, market trends, competitive analysis, and application requirements. • Support pricing adjustments, product recommendations, and updates to sales policies. • Collaborate with the Segment Manager and Strategic Account Director to input annual sales goals and refine strategic objectives for the sales territory. Marketing and Industry Engagement: • Contribute to the development and execution of territory-specific sales and marketing plans. • Represent INFICON at trade shows, participate in strategic industry committees, and support marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and engagement.
