You will serve as a financial coach - a key contact and liaison to ensure client satisfaction. You will also utilize networking and acquisition skills to attract, retain, and continue to grow the team's remote workforce. Through active recruiting, we expand remote financial distribution outlets that provide financial literacy, planning, and licensed/regulated services to help families and business owners save and better-grow their money and get out of debt. Initial state licensing cost is $124 due after the initial interview if you are considered for the roles and move forward to the formal application and background check process. Pay All roles are 1099 and start commission-based. Training bonuses are available. Agents can qualify for override and residual income. Brokers also get bonuses based on previous month's production and free company stock. State and federal licensure and appointments are through Fortune 1000, publicly-traded company Primerica Financial Services (NYSE:PRI).
