About the Role We are looking for an Integrations Analyst to help lead and implement integrations between our client’s EMR systems and our cloud-based Imagen systems. You will be responsible for partnering with internal and external stakeholders to provide high quality and reliable data exchange solutions. This is a hands-on technical role, and our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: * Work with clients, vendors, and internal teams to understand data requirements and develop best in class data exchange solutions. * Be responsible for leading, managing, and implementing integrations for multiple projects concurrently. * Own the end-to-end verification and validation process for all integrations.  * Document and maintain ongoing the integration details to include a data flow diagram for all integration projects.  * Serve as the subject matter expert to EMR vendors regarding Imagen systems to include, but not limited to Mirth, eRAD, Fluency, and Studycast.  * Work closely with customers to provide consultation on solutions to business problems.  * Apply a thorough knowledge of the needs of a business unit and knowledge of systems technology to identify and design improvements for integration solutions and applications.  * Provide high-quality systems and client support for day to day operations and new customer deployments, including after hours coverage. Required Qualifications:  * BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Health Informatics or a related field; or comparable experience * 3+ years of experience with health care integrations using HL7 and DICOM * Familiarity with one or more controls frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, ISO, SOC2, etc.) is required * Integration experience with multiple EMR vendors is a plus, but not required * Experience with Intersystems (Iris) integration engine is a plus, but not required * Experience with programming languages (javascript, python, c#, java, object oriented programming, cache) is preferred * Excellent communication and project management skills * Enjoys working with technical and non-technical stakeholders * Located in or open to working PST hours (8am - 5pm) Imagen Technologies is a remote-first company and this job is conducted remotely.    The base salary is between $80,000 - $195,000, plus equity and benefits. Please note that the range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
