The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and marketing, with a focus on technology sales. This role requires exceptional negotiation skills, the ability to develop strategic business relationships, and a passion for promoting innovative solutions. As a Promotional Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing promotional strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Duties • Promotional Product Experience Required • E-Commerce Experience Preferred - Shopify • Develop and implement comprehensive promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. • Manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. • Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics. • Lead warm calling efforts to engage potential clients and promote products effectively. • Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment. • Prepare reports on promotional effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement. Skills • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. • Proven experience in business development and B2B sales within the technology sector. • Proficient in marketing principles and strategies, particularly in technical sales environments. • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for account management and sales tracking. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. • Analytical mindset with strong analysis skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in managing teams or projects. • Ability to build rapport through warm calling techniques and establish long-lasting client relationships.
