Responsibilities · Lead market benchmarking and compensation analysis using external survey data (e.g., Mercer, Radford, WTW) to maintain competitive salary structures. · Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide expert compensation guidance on offers, promotions, and internal movement decisions. · Support the end-to-end annual compensation cycle, including merit, bonus, and equity planning, owning data preparation, modeling, and complex analytics. · Conduct regular pay equity, compression, and internal alignment analyses to support fair and consistent pay practices across the organization. · Maintain and enhance job architecture, leveling, and titling frameworks to ensure clarity and scalability as the company grows. · Develop compensation dashboards, analytics, and executive summaries that translate raw data into actionable business insights for leadership. · Participate in the design, implementation, and communication of compensation policies, tools, and programs to drive employee engagement and retention. · Stay current on global market trends, legal requirements, and best practices in compensation management. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. · 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a global, fast-paced environment. · Expertise in Excel skills (modeling, VLOOKUP, Index/Match) and proficiency with Workday and analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau. · Proven ability to translate complex data sets into clear and actionable recommendations. · Strong understanding of market pricing, job evaluation, and pay structure design. · Excellent consulting and communication skills with the ability to influence HR and business stakeholders. · High attention to detail, integrity, and strict confidentiality when handling sensitive data. · CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification or progress toward it is a plus. Hybrid in Fremont, CA Establishing a Supply Chain Program Management role in the US to oversee operations related to new projects awarded by both new and existing customers. Serving as the primary customer interface to ensure alignment and communication regarding overall demand-supply status, gaining a thorough understanding of customer requirements, and acting as a liaison with cross-regional planners for material readiness simulation/analysis planning, and presentation to customers. Collaborating closely with Project Managers to provide accurate and timely insights from a material readiness perspective, ensuring precise and maximum customer commitment. Also, closely coordinating with Project Managers and Manufacturing teams to align material readiness with manufacturing capacity, thus optimizing the Manufacturing build plan. Conducting data analysis for business decision-making, including risk buy proposals, LTB analysis, and E&O data validation. Developing and automating various reports, encompassing both internal and external business reporting needs. Driving system tool development and process improvement initiatives, including those related to GMRP, new planning systems/upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts in supply chain operational processes.
