This role is for a technical, product-oriented leader who thrives in early-stage zero-to-one environments and can operate across smart contracts, consumer products, and large-scale distributed systems. Job Description • Own the technical roadmap for the decentralized accelerator platform, covering smart contracts, consumer products, infrastructure, growth systems, and marketplace rails. • Drive engineering excellence in performance, reliability, security, scalability, and rapid iteration with tight user feedback loops. • Collaborate closely with product, CEO, and cross-functional teams (including legal and ecosystem) on design, development, and roadmap execution. • Lead design reviews and development of economic/token-related smart contracts, ensuring secure, audited, gas-efficient architectures integrated with user flows and marketplace logic. • Ship fast, intuitive consumer experiences across core features: Futures (build-in-public), Bounties (user validation), Markets (token launch), App Store, Integration Hub, and dashboards. • Build, scale, and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, speed, craftsmanship, and establishing processes, standards, and recruiting systems. • Partner with the Founder on long-term strategy, platform evolution, major architectural decisions, and defining AI/ crypto infrastructure. Requirements • Experienced startup engineering and product leader with a history of building and scaling products from ground up. • 5+ years of work experience in scalable tech companies and crypto-startups. • Strong technical breadth across full-stack engineering, distributed systems, and consumer-facing products for large user bases with familiarity in Golang development. • Solid understanding of smart contracts, on-chain execution, crypto ecosystems, and security best practices. • Comfortable in ambiguous, high-velocity environments; hands-on yet able to build and empower high-caliber teams. • Excellent communicator, translating between product, engineering, and design. • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).

The ideal candidates would be experienced in using data and creativity, you’ll drive organizational growth, fluency in Mandarin and English, and requires to work on-site in San Jose, California. In This Role, Your Key Responsibilities Will Include • Lead the Group HR functions across HRBP, C&B, Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning & Development etc. • Develop and execute the overall HR strategy to support the company’s mission, vision, and business objectives. • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on talent management, employee engagement, organisational design, and culture development. • Develop and implement policies and procedures that foster a positive and inclusive work environment. • Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and employment practices. Building vision-language-action models (VLAMs) and integrating them with other AI technologies to enable robots to understand and interact with the physical world. We are looking for a mid to senior level Mechanical Engineer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing and developing innovative robotic systems that integrate advanced AI technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create efficient and reliable hardware solutions, contributing to the entire product lifecycle from concept through production. Your expertise in circuit design and system architecture will help us build robots that are safe, governable, and capable of interacting seamlessly with their environments. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and development of circuit boards and systems for robotic applications, utilizing complex architectures and custom circuitry. • Collaborate on product feature design with cross-functional teams (mechanical, embedded, software, production, supply chain, etc.). • Engage in schematic capture, modeling, simulation, analysis, verification, debugging, and production release. • Provide regular updates on project timelines and deliverables. • Participate in and contribute to cross-functional design reviews. • Work closely with CAD engineers on PCB layout. • Develop automated testing solutions for hardware components. • Proactively identify and propose improvements in hardware development projects, implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and project success. • Undertake additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • 3+ years of experience as an electrical or mechanical engineer in robotics. • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Fusion 360). • Familiarity with software programming skills (Python, C, C++ or other programming languages) • Experienced in ROS2 hardware integration or mechatronic systems is preferred. • Skills in cable harnessing, rapid prototyping, machining, or additive manufacturing is nice to have. • Hands-on experience in designing and building components like actuators, grippers, and robotic arms; experience in related fields is also valued. • Strong understanding of mechanics, kinematics, and control systems. • Expertise in circuit design, schematic capture, component selection, and circuit testing. • Proven track record of ownership over development processes and features, delivering exceptional results
