Manage roofing and solar sales projects from lead identification through job completion, including assessments, proposals, customer communication, and coordination with installation teams. | Experience in roofing, solar or home improvement sales, intermediate to advanced computer and phone skills, familiarity with CRM software, ability to perform virtual and onsite assessments, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel locally. | We are seeking motivated and knowledgeable Roofing Sales Project Managers and Solar Sales Project Managers to join our team. These roles involve selling roofing solutions and solar energy systems to residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate(s) will have a strong understanding of residential and commercial roofing systems, installation methods, and the ability to assess project requirements, including budgeting, materials selection, timelines, and potential challenges. As a sales project manager for Energy Shield of New Hampshire, LLC, you hold one of the most important roles in ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role, expectations and company standards are held in the highest regard. We are looking for the right person for our team who wants to grow with us! *** You must have the ability to articulate a roofing proposal to the customer for new roof replacements and repairs. Energy Shield of New Hampshire is a reputable metal roofing, shingle roofing, and solar company. We pride ourselves on taking the difficulty out of your roofing and solar needs. We specialize in all forms of metal roofing, shingle roofing, solar and more. No job is too big or too small for our knowledgeable crews. We’ve happily done it all for 40 years now! Job Description Roofing: Identify prospective customers through referrals, ad campaigns, and pre-booked lead appointments. No cold calling is required. Conduct virtual or onsite inspections and assess roofing needs. Present roofing products and services tailored to customer requirements. Create and provide detailed estimates for customers to include materials, supplies, general expenses and labor cost. Negotiate pricing and service agreements. Be the point of contact and oversee the details through job completion. Maintain detailed customer records and follow up on leads. Solar: Evaluate site suitability for solar installations (e.g., roof orientation, shading, climate) Educate customers on solar energy benefits, incentives, and financing options. Create customized solar energy packages and cost-savings estimates. Prepare proposals, quotes, and present the design to the customer. Collaborate with engineering and obtain work permits. Coordinate with installation teams and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale. Qualifications You must have the ability to identify roofing supplies needed for new roof replacements and repairs. Proven experience in roofing, solar or home improvement sales. Computer and phone skills need to be intermediate to advanced. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools such as Go High Level, Roofr, Aurora or other similar software. Ability to perform virtual and onsite assessments and basic calculations. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally in NH and Northern MA. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Preferred Skills Understanding of local building codes and solar regulations Experience with financing and rebate programs for solar installations Additional Information What We Offer: Company provided leads Flexible schedule: Monday to Friday Uncapped and Competitive Commission Program + potential bonus opportunities, Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) A team-oriented, high-energy work environment Growth opportunities within a respected, established company Work Location: Work from home office, but may have to travel to customer site.
