This is a fully remote position with a hybrid component, requiring occasional court appearances and onsite meetings. Duties and Responsibilities: Demonstrates exceptional legal research, writing and oral communication skills. Handles high volume caseload and provides expert analysis and advice on legal and regulatory risks. Negotiates with opposing counsel to achieve final resolution of cases. Willing to travel to various courts within the state of PA, if needed, as legal representation in various legal proceeds and to attend court hearings. Works with the Managing Attorney to report all activity and results. Experience with SQL and querying languages. Strong understanding of data analysis techniques such as trend analysis, root-cause analysis, and data mining. Preferred knowledge of Python, R, and modern BI tools like Microsoft PowerBI. Experience in healthcare analytics and familiarity with claims payment, utilization management, and risk adjustment for government-sponsored healthcare is a plus. Preferred Skills: Healthcare analytics experience Emerging trend analysis, financial modeling, claims pricing, contract/network analysis, and ROI evaluation. Strong communication skills, both verbal and visual, for presenting insights to non-technical audiences.
