Perform in-depth systems software analysis, design, development, testing, and user support. | Eight years experience in systems engineering and software development with API and low-code/no-code BPMN tool expertise, relevant certifications, and security clearance. | Job Description: • Provides specialized expertise within multiple systems, software disciplines, as well as general knowledge of related disciplines, and applications implications. • Responsible for performing in-depth analysis and technical support of systems software products, including complex problem resolution, design, development, testing, operational integration, and user support. • Assists in the planning and conversion for new hardware/software products. • Maintains currency, debugs and configures related software products. • Provides operating systems planning and evaluation for performance analysis, capacity planning and hardware upgrades. • Works from specifications to develop or modify operating systems applications. • Assists with design, coding, benchmark testing, debugging and documentation of programs. • Interfaces with other system support groups to resolve problems, setting standards and improving overall efficiency of the operating system. • Prepares product documentation. • Interfaces with customers to gather information on system requirements or problems. Requirements: • Eight (8) years relevant experience with systems engineering and software development. • Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) in order to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models. • Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools. • Developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models, experience using software tools such as Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc. with Microsoft SQL Server databases and Microsoft .NET development environment • Experience in Agile and hybrid low-code application development. • Certification: Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority • Education: BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience. • Investigative Requirement: Secret clearance. • 8570/8140: DoW Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level I • Computing Environment: AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Associate or Certified MuleSoft Associate Certification within 3 months after onboarding start date.
