Manage procurement, inventory, shipping/receiving, merchandise fulfillment, and warehouse operations for Hope City's West Houston campus. | Requires experience in procurement, inventory control, shipping/receiving, knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment workflows, and competency with inventory software, plus a high school diploma. | Purpose Of The Job To manage all aspects of Hope City’s live production staff, serve team, and services for the West Houston campus. Experience And Knowledge Required • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Experience in procurement, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes • Knowledge of e-commerce order fulfillment workflows • Competency with Monday.com and other inventory/fulfillment software tools • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping • High School Diploma or equivalent Essential Functions And Responsibilities Procurement & Resource Acquisition • Source, evaluate, and purchase goods, equipment, and materials for ministry, operational, and event needs. • Maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of purchased items. • Process purchase orders, invoices, and receipts in accordance with church policies. • Monitor supply levels and anticipate future needs to prevent shortages. Shipping & Receiving • Inspect received goods for quality, damage, or discrepancies and process returns when necessary. • Prepare outgoing shipments for ministry events, campuses, and partner organizations. • Maintain organized records of incoming and outgoing shipments. Inventory Management • Maintain accurate inventory counts for warehouse stock and merchandise items. • Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory as scheduled. • Organize and label inventory for accessibility, efficiency, and safety. • Track inventory usage trends to inform purchasing decisions. Merchandise Fulfillment • Process and fulfill online orders from Hope City’s merch store in a timely and accurate manner. • Prepare and package orders to meet quality standards for presentation and shipping safety. • Manage shipping carriers, labels, and tracking for customer communication. • Monitor inventory levels for merchandise store items and coordinate replenishment with vendors. Warehouse Operations Support • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. • Collaborate with other warehouse supervisors to ensure smooth operational flow. • Use warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and in compliance with policies.
