As a Broker Agent, you will represent HomesIn in your local market, assist clients with their real estate needs, and provide personalized guidance during their home-buying processes. Your responsibilities include managing local listings, developing client relationships, assisting with negotiations, conducting property tours, and analyzing market trends to help clients make informed decisions. You will also collaborate with the local Community Manager to ensure clients have access to complete resources and support for settling into their new communities. Qualifications • Strong skills in real estate listing management, property tours, and client representation. • Experience with market analysis, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management. • Knowledge of local communities, services, and real estate regulations. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for maintaining client relationships and property listings. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and achieving goals. • Licensed real estate agent/broker (valid and in good standing). • Proven experience in real estate sales or brokerage is highly preferred.
