Take control of your future. Description Homeshake is a fast-growing real estate company based in Cincinnati. We are hiring ONE sales director for the Lexington area. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own exclusive territory rights and unlimited earning potential as the company expands into a new market. They are self-motivated, results-oriented, and think like an owner with an ability to both do and lead. This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial real estate professional. It is unlike a traditional agent. Homeshake’s industry-leading technology is the only platform for sellers to list, communicate, and transact directly with buyers and agents. For you it means no more showings. No more inspections. No more lender headaches. (We handle all that). One rep, one territory, one mission: get new listings. Responsibilities • Lead all sales and marketing efforts in the exclusive territory • Actively prospect and generate new leads • Conduct listing appointments (home visits and intro calls) • Convert inbound and outbound leads to listings • Schedule photo shoots • Prepare and activate new listings • Complete all onboarding and activation tasks • Manage and install yard signs • Provide five-star customer service • Keep and maintain CRM and other admin tools • Participate in trade shows, lunch & learns, and other events • Track key performance metrics and other data to measure results • Collaborate with external and internal partners including ops/trans/product/biz teams • Other duties and responsibilities as may be required or assigned Requirements • Active real estate license in Kentucky • Real estate sales experience • Bachelor’s degree or higher • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Embraces both the challenge and unlimited possibility of a startup • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends • Currently lives or willing to relocate to Greater Lexington area Compensation Regional Sales Director earns 100% commission (uncapped) based on revenue share. On-target annual earnings of $150,000 for average 5 closings per month. On-target annual earnings of $300,000 for average 10 closings per month. Optional training stipend for up to 90 days. Marketing starter pack provided. Independent contractor position therefore no employee benefits or tax withholdings. Candidates may also be eligible for a company equity award. Additional Details Work from home. Regular travel for sales calls, listing appointments, and yard signs. Periodic travel to company offices in Cincinnati and other events.
