Manage full-cycle accounting activities including ledger management, bank reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and tax compliance for the company. | Experience in full-cycle accounting, tax management including corporate income tax and VAT, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit assistance. | Financial Business Partner Location：LA Industry: Food and Beverage Retail Responsibilities: 1. General Ledger Management ① Implement and enforce the group's financial management policies to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting operations. ② Handle the company’s full-cycle accounting activities to ensure timely, accurate, and complete bookkeeping. ③ Reconcile bank accounting records with bank statements, and prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements in a timely manner. ④ Perform account reconciliations between the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers. ⑤ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the company. ⑥ Assist in internal and external audits by providing required data and original documents. 2. Tax Management ① Implement and enforce the group’s financial management policies and relevant regulations concerning tax declarations and accounting operations to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of tax accounting and declarations. ② Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual tax accruals (including corporate income tax, value-added tax closing entries, and other taxes and fees, excluding daily VAT transactions); assist in preparing tax declaration materials and complete online tax filing and payments. ③ Review tax-related accounting vouchers to ensure authenticity, completeness, and compliance. ④ Prepare reports and relevant materials required for annual corporate income tax reconciliation and assist in completing tax declaration procedures. ⑤ Liaise with external tax agents to ensure the company’s tax compliance.
