Serve as a strategic advisor managing complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and developing training programs to foster a positive workplace culture. | Requires 4+ years of progressive employee relations experience, strong employment law knowledge, investigation skills, HRIS proficiency, and excellent communication and stakeholder management. | High Profile is partnering with our client to identify a Senior Employee Relations Partner to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic resource for leaders, HR partners, and employees across the organization. This role is ideal for an experienced employee relations professional who combines strong business judgment, emotional intelligence, and employment law expertise to help foster a fair, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. The Senior Employee Relations Partner will play a critical role in managing complex workplace matters, conducting investigations, coaching leaders, and driving proactive employee relations initiatives. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful problem solver who can navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and balance employee experience with organizational risk management. What You'll Do Employee Relations & Investigations • Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, including performance concerns, workplace conflicts, policy violations, and employee complaints • Conduct impartial workplace investigations involving sensitive matters such as harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other employment-related concerns • Gather and analyze evidence, conduct interviews, document findings, and provide recommendations aligned with company policy and employment law • Partner with Legal and Human Resources teams to ensure consistent, compliant, and fair outcomes Strategic Partnership & Consulting • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR partners, managers, and business leaders on employee relations matters and workplace best practices • Interpret policies and provide guidance on employment-related issues, risk mitigation, and organizational decision-making • Influence stakeholders and help navigate complex situations while balancing employee experience and business objectives • Monitor employment law developments and emerging workplace trends to support organizational compliance Training & Program Development • Design and facilitate employee relations training programs for managers and leaders • Develop tools, resources, and educational content to strengthen leadership capabilities and prevent workplace issues before they arise • Support enterprise-wide employee relations initiatives focused on consistency, fairness, and positive workplace culture Data & Continuous Improvement • Analyze employee relations data, trends, and key metrics to identify organizational risks and opportunities • Develop recommendations and action plans based on insights and reporting • Support ongoing process improvements and employee relations program enhancements Culture & Environment • Collaborative and people-focused culture • Opportunity to partner directly with business leaders and influence organizational strategy • Mission-driven organization committed to employee development and inclusion • Fast-paced environment that values integrity, innovation, and continuous improvement • Hybrid work schedule with in-office collaboration and remote flexibility Compensation & Benefits • Competitive compensation package • Bonus eligibility • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage • Generous PTO program • Wellness reimbursement • Professional development and continuing education support • Additional employee-focused benefits and perks Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required • 4+ years of progressive employee relations experience • Deep understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations • Demonstrated experience conducting complex workplace investigations and managing sensitive employee relations matters • Strong mediation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills • Experience utilizing HRIS platforms and case management systems to track employee relations activity and reporting • Exceptional communication, active listening, and documentation skills • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations • Proven ability to influence and build trust across all levels of an organization Preferred Qualifications • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar professional certification • Experience developing and delivering manager training programs • Strong analytical skills with experience using employee relations data to drive decision-making and process improvements
