Du bist Sparringspartner:in und challengst Anforderungen, teilst deine Erfahrung und hilfst uns, Hiring schneller, besser und fairer zu machen. Deine Mission • End-to-End Recruiting: Du begleitest Positionen von der ersten Abstimmung bis zur Vertragsunterschrift und hältst alle Beteiligten sauber im Prozess. • Active Sourcing: Du sprichst passende Kandidat:innen direkt an und baust dir einen nachhaltigen Talentpool auf. • Interview & Vorauswahl: Du führst Interviews, bewertest Profile strukturiert und gibst klares, ehrliches Feedback. • Sparring mit Hiring Managern: Du challengst Anforderungen, bringst Marktkenntnis ein und hilfst bei fundierten Entscheidungen. • Candidate Experience: Du sorgst für einen wertschätzenden, transparenten Prozess – auch bei Absagen. • Prozessverbesserung: Du denkst Recruiting mit und hilfst uns, Abläufe einfacher und effizienter zu machen. Dein Profil • Recruiting-Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting, idealerweise als Freelancer:in und mit Fokus auf Senior- oder Leadership-Rollen. • Startup-Mindset: Du fühlst dich wohl in einem dynamischen Umfeld und arbeitest pragmatisch, lösungsorientiert und selbstständig. • Hands-on Mentalität: Du packst selbst an, übernimmst Verantwortung und brauchst keine langen Briefings. • Kommunikationsstärke: Du kommunizierst klar, empathisch und souverän – mit Kandidat:innen genauso wie mit Foundern. • Struktur & Überblick: Du behältst mehrere Prozesse parallel im Blick und arbeitest zuverlässig. • Tool-Erfahrung: Du hast Erfahrung mit gängigen Recruiting-Tools und ATS (z.
