Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to support warehouse operations including receiving, loading, unloading, and inventory management. | Must have proven forklift operator experience, valid forklift certification, knowledge of warehouse operations, and ability to operate various forklifts safely. | Responsibilities: - Responsible for the receipt of all finished products -Safely operate all material handling equipment including forklifts and. or pallet movers -Support the materials handling process for production related materials -Daily monitor all lines, anticipate, and supply each line with all materials ( including raw materials, boxes, poly bags, pallets, etc.) that will be needed throughout the shift -Interact with machine operators on a daily basis in order to be able to anticipate any needs that they may have. -Maintain an orderly and organized warehouse -Develop, revise, and review documentation for all materials related activities -Unload, load trucks, or stage trucks as necessary, or directed by the supervisor -Examines finished pallets before pickup and distributes materials, Qualifications: - Proven experience as a forklift operator or in a similar role - Valid forklift certification or license - Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures - Ability to safely operate various types of forklifts, such as reach trucks, lift trucks, and clamp trucks - Proficiency in using warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage orders - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required Skills: - Heavy lifting - Reach truck operation - Warehouse management system (WMS) proficiency - Shipping and receiving procedures - Lift truck operation (e.g., counterbalance, pallet jack) - Forklift operation (e.g., sit-down, stand-up) - Heavy equipment operation This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced forklift operator to join our team.
