Building and activating partnerships with US-based travel agencies to generate client referrals for premium health travel services. | Experience in B2B sales or partnerships, fluency in English, and comfort engaging with business decision-makers, preferably in premium services. | About Heal in Spain Heal in Spain (HealinSpain.com) is a doctor-led, premium health travel platform connecting US patients with private healthcare and health optimization programs in Spain. We operate through a B2B2C model: • We partner with US-based travel agencies (B2B) • Agencies offer the experience to their clients (B2C) • Medical coordination and execution take place in Spain under Spanish healthcare regulation This is not mass medical tourism or low-cost healthcare. We work with premium agencies and high-value clients. ⸻ Role Overview You will be responsible for building and activating partnerships with US-based travel agencies that want to offer a premium health travel product to their clients. Your goal is not just to sign agencies, but to activate them until their first client referral. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Identify and qualify US-based travel agencies (Miami / Florida focus) • Contact agency owners, directors, or product managers • Present the Heal in Spain partnership model clearly and professionally • Coordinate or conduct introductory calls • Close pilot partnership agreements • Follow up with agencies until the first client referral • Maintain basic tracking of outreach and partner status ⸻ What Counts as a Closed & Activated Agency The €200 commission is paid once: • The agency formally agrees to collaborate (pilot phase) • The agency understands and accepts the Heal in Spain model • The agency refers its first real client (consultation scheduled or trip in progress) Commission is not paid for: • Leads or contact lists • Intro calls without activation • Agencies that never refer a client • Verbal interest only ⸻ Compensation • €200 per activated agency (paid after first client referral) • No limit on the number of agencies • Payments made monthly or per milestone • Possibility to evolve into higher commissions or patient-based incentives This is a performance-based freelance role. ⸻ Ideal Candidate Profile • Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development • Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers • Experience with premium services (travel, wellness, healthcare, luxury) • Fluent English (required) • Self-managed, professional, and reliable • Based in LATAM with availability for US time zones Compliance Note Heal in Spain does not provide medical advice in the United States.
