Secure distribution or production representation for a docuseries by leveraging industry contacts and guiding strategy. | Direct experience in film/TV distribution sales with a strong industry network and proven track record. | Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Film & TV Distribution Consultant / Sales Agent Advisor to help secure distribution or production representation for our docuseries, Heal Avec Delphine. We are not looking for general marketing support. We need an industry expert with established knowledge of film/TV sales, production companies, and distribution channels who can guide strategy and actively pursue opportunities. This role requires direct experience in the film and television industry, specifically in securing distribution deals, attaching sales agents, or connecting projects with production companies, streamers, or networks. Role • Identify and contact relevant production companies, sales agents, distributors, and platforms • Guide us through industry standards and best practices • Proactive and well-connected within the industry • Strong negotiator and communicator • Conduct outreach via email and phone to secure meetings and pitch opportunities • Facilitate introductions and negotiations where appropriate • Advise on offers, term sheets, deal structures, and next steps • Recommend appropriate distribution pathways (streamers, networks, independent distributors, sales agents) Experience • Experience as a former or current sales agent, distribution executive, or producer with distribution experience • Proven track record securing distribution deals for documentaries or docuseries • Ability to advise strategically and execute tactically • Experience working with sales agents, distributors, or production companies • Strong industry network within film/TV distribution • Understanding of streaming platforms, independent distributors, and international sales Applicants without direct film/TV distribution or sales experience will not be considered.
