Requirements Responsibilities • Manage Ocean/Air import & export operations and coordinate with freight forwarders. • Oversee U.S. domestic trucking and delivery scheduling. • Support Amazon FBA/FBM and B2C/B2B fulfillment operations. • Monitor inventory accuracy and collaborate with warehouse teams. • Communicate with customers (Korea/U.S.) and resolve service issues. • Assist with customs documentation and basic FDA compliance. • Identify operational issues and improve workflow efficiency. This role will focus on mobile app development, backend system integration, and building tools to support high-volume e-commerce operations, including inventory and fulfillment systems. This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute directly to the development of global sales channels, order processing systems, and warehouse management tools connecting Korea and the U.S. Key Responsibilities • Inventory & Fulfillment Development: Build and optimize inventory management tools using Node.js and PostgreSQL, integrating order data across multiple sales channels. • React Native App Development: Develop and maintain mobile applications with webview-based CRM and marketing functionality. • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with U.S. and Korean teams to identify, resolve, and streamline technical issues. Qualifications Required • 4+ years of experience in software development with TypeScript. • Proven experience in server-side development with Node.js. • Familiarity with event-driven systems and message queues (Inngest, Redis, Pub/Sub, BullMQ, RabbitMQ, etc.). • Hands-on experience with React Native mobile app development. Preferred • Experience integrating external APIs with limitations such as rate limits, quotas, or complex authentication. • Background in Shopify app development or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). • Knowledge of serverless backend platforms (Cloud Functions, Firebase, Supabase, Hasura, etc.). • Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional teams. • Ability to read and write technical documentation in English and Korean.
