Join our team as a Dir ERP Programs.  The Director of IT Strategy & ERP Programs is responsible for the multi-year strategic program that involves business transformation and driving end-to-end productivity across the entire value chain. The program entails both technology and business process transformation across several business units including commercial, dealer channels, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and corporate finance.   This senior leader will be responsible for managing the overall ERP program and all the workstreams, working with both business and technology stakeholders to ensure overall program scope and requirements are captured using agile methodologies and drive value delivery throughout the program. The leader will provide oversight functions for solution design, configuration and development tasks that include not only the technology architecture but also the related business processes and information management required for the design and successful implementation.   In addition, this role leads IT strategy and operating model activities, partnering closely with the IT leadership team to drive enterprise-wide alignment on priorities, planning, governance, and financial management. The role acts as a central point of integration across IT portfolios to ensure consistent execution, transparency, and alignment to business outcomes.   Key responsibilities: Provide oversight to the project workstreams to develop solutions that facilitate continuous productivity, capacity, and quality improvement across all dimensions. Design and develop projects and workstreams within the program in alignment with the organization's strategic plans and objectives. Ensure ERP design and configuration work is being conducted based on a holistic solution design and architecture that encompasses the right level of business, functional and technical requirements. Provide oversight and leadership for the implementation of the program deliverables. Coordinate the contributions of external consultants, business functional leads, project managers, as well as business and IT leaders, and field SMEs from Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial, and other business units across the organization. Responsible for effectively conducting day-to-day ERP program management discipline and manage the overall program budget across all the workstreams/projects, while partnering with Finance to ensure alignment to the broader IT budget and investment plan. Understand business drivers and business capabilities (current and future state) and facilitate the design and implementation of the right solution architecture to drive the expected business outcomes.  In close partnership with business leadership, this position is responsible for the implementation of standardized global business processes across the organization.  Utilize proven approaches to implement new business capability or improve operational performance through entire program lifecycle from charter definition to benefit realization. Manage and resolve complex business issues arising from the implementation of new processes or procedures, escalating decisions as appropriate to IT and Business Leadership as needed. Look broadly across the organization to understand where opportunities are best fit and translate findings to project cost and customer impact. Ensure change management is being effectively planned and managed by ensuring the global stakeholder’s engagement and adequate level of communication; identify the training needs early on and ensure successful implementation and drive adoption of the change. Responsible for creating and maintaining all program level artifacts including steering committee meetings, program metrics, status reports, meetings, project plans, etc. and providing appropriate periodic updates on the program for both executives and business stakeholders.  Design and track metrics and key performance indicators at the program level and for each workstream/project. Lead the coordination of annual IT strategic planning and operating plans by integrating inputs from CIO direct reports into a single prioritized and executable roadmap. Provide leadership oversight for the IT PMO and governance processes, ensuring consistent execution, reporting, and risk management across all major IT programs and portfolios. Support development and management of the overall IT financial plan, including budget tracking, investment prioritization, and performance transparency across the IT organization. Act as a strategic advisor and the operational lead, facilitating executive governance forums, cross-portfolio alignment, and decision-making across the IT leadership team.  Skills and Abilities: Ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing solutions for a cross-functional and global organization.  Five years of leadership responsibility, managing large teams and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders. Excellent influencing and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally. Previous management consulting experience delivering complex ERP systems implementations preferred. Any successful candidate must be results-driven, skilled at building relationships and influencing, detail-oriented, and effective at working with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated, driving results, and setting priorities with minimal supervision. Education/Experience: BA/BS or equivalent in a business-related discipline, Information Systems, or Computer Science. 10+ years of ERP program implementation, or leading delivery organizations, or consulting experience  Strong expertise in any of the major ERP solutions, such as SAP or Oracle required; (SAP preferred). Experience working with mid/large enterprises as well as start-ups is desirable. Good understanding of financial and supply chain operational process flows (i.e., order to cash, procure to pay, record to report) preferred Having worked in high-tech, engineering, and manufacturing is a plus Strong communication and effective presentation to executives and various levels of stakeholders is a must.
