Role Overview: We are seeking a Channel Manager to join our fast-growing team in the TOLA region. This role is critical in driving sales growth across key channel partners covering the TOLA region. You will serve as the operational engine behind the success of high-impact strategic channel relationships, owning everything from partner planning, pipeline creation, enablement to executive reporting and field-level execution. This is a builder role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working across organizational levels and is deeply motivated to drive real impact. Key Responsibilities: Own the day-to-day operations for strategic channel partnerships, ensuring flawless execution across workstreams Drive pipeline tracking and forecasting for the channel; work cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Channel Sales, and Marketing to ensure visibility and momentum. Create and run lead generation initiatives across multiple partners including targeted email campaigns, call sheets, events, account-based outreach, and executive engagement strategies. Build and execute seller enablement programs for both internal Halcyon teams and the partner’s sales organization to ensure alignment on GTM strategies and messaging. Support executive reporting, including data gathering and analysis for board-level and leadership meetings. Represent Halcyon across a range of events including prospect events, partner trainings, partner networking sessions, and executive-level engagements. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure alignment on partner priorities and co-selling motions. The Role: Combining business and security expertise, the Solutions Architect role will demonstrate the value of Halcyon’s cyber resilience solution to customers by advising, educating, and redefining the next generation of cybersecurity and recovery. This includes conducting ransomware readiness assessments and aligning customer expectations with the Halcyon cyber resilience solution. The role will align closely with our sales team and require close partnership with other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meaningful product development. The Solutions Architect will actively contribute to quarterly and annual quota objectives by facilitating discussions, coordinating technical demonstrations, and representing Halcyon as the market-leading solution. Our ideal candidate will have practical experience in account and channel management, engineering, and product implementation, and can offer relevant and actionable recommendations that differentiate Halcyon in the market. Territory: This region covers the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Alabama, Missouri, and Kansas. Candidates must reside in one of these states and be located within approximately one hour of a major metropolitan area to support customer travel requirements (up to 40%). What You’ll Do • Take full ownership of AR & AP cycles. • Review contracts in Salesforce/ERP; generate accurate invoices and manage collections. • Oversee sales tax compliance via Avalara (all registrations current). • Process ~200 vendor bills/month via Bill.com; prepare timely vendor payments. • Review Expensify employee expense reports; process reimbursements. • Forecast weekly cash collections/payments; communicate expected flows to the team. • Reconcile daily cash activity to ERP and partner with the Senior Accountant to resolve discrepancies. • Support annual audit preparation and participate in ad-hoc accounting projects. What We’re Looking For • 3+ years in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting. • Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience. • Hands-on experience with Bill.com, Salesforce, Avalara, Rillet, and Expensify strongly preferred. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage volume. • Strong communicator who can partner across Finance, Sales, and external vendors/customers.
