Technical Program Manager – POS (Point of Sale) Location: Seattle, WA Duration: 12+ Months Role Overview Lead complex, cross-functional Point of Sale (POS) programs across store systems and omnichannel touchpoints. Drive alignment, execution, and on-time delivery of POS initiatives supporting in-store and omnichannel retail experiences. Key Responsibilities · Own large, multi-stream POS programs including store POS applications, peripherals, store networking, and integrations with enterprise systems · Coordinate delivery across Engineering, Product, Store Operations, Architecture, Security, and external vendors · Drive program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics for POS initiatives · Support roadmap, release, and backlog planning for POS platforms and store rollouts · Manage store rollout readiness, pilot execution, cutover planning, and post-deployment validation · Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and store operational requirements · Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies impacting store launches and upgrades · Provide clear executive-level status reporting on progress, risks, and mitigation plans Required Qualifications · 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience · Proven delivery of large-scale POS or store technology programs · Strong understanding of POS architectures, store systems, and omnichannel retail flows · Experience managing software deployments and phased store rollouts · Deep knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) · Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills Working at GSPANN GSPANN is a diverse, prosperous, and rewarding place to work.
