This role will perform preventative and corrective maintenance across a variety of building systems and equipment, as well as general facility upkeep. Qualifications • 5+ years’ facilities maintenance experience, including HVAC and MEP systems • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to interact with staff, contractors, suppliers, and officials • Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record • Ability to safely operate and drive a company vehicle Responsibilities • Perform preventative and routine maintenance on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems • Troubleshoot and repair equipment; maintain inspection and maintenance logs • Use monitoring programs to track heating, cooling, and other systems • Conduct preventative maintenance inspections on fleet vehicles • Provide carpentry and general maintenance (painting, framing, drywall repair) • Read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams Looking to join a global leader at the forefront of solving today’s most complex challenges?
