The Role We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You’ll blend administrative excellence with exceptional customer service, keeping the office running smoothly while ensuring every interaction reflects our values of professionalism and care. What You’ll Do • Greet visitors and callers with professionalism and hospitality; answer calls, manage correspondence, and schedule appointments accurately. • Qualify and process incoming leads, update CRM records, schedule inspections, and maintain clear client communication from first contact through inspection. • Enter contracts, coordinate trade scheduling and follow-up, track insurance supplements, and assist with project close-out including documentation, warranties, and client surveys. • Maintain organized office files, schedules, and supplies; support cross-department communication; identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and service. Qualifications • High school diploma/GED required; Associate degree or relevant experience preferred. • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. • Experience handling schedules and administrative tasks with precision. • Comfortable interacting with customers, vendors, and staff. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM/roofing software a plus. • Successful background check and pre-employment drug screening required.
