Role Overview: We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Brand Sales Assistant to join our client’s growing team in Long Beach, CA. This is an entry-level, face-to-face role where you’ll represent well-known brands at retail venues and live promotional events. What You'll Be Doing: As a Brand Sales Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact between the customer and the brand. You’ll proactively engage with members of the public to showcase and explain product features, answer questions, and offer personalized recommendations to meet customer needs. You’ll be responsible for setting up promotional displays, maintaining a clean and professional presentation area, and ensuring all materials are stocked and ready to go. You’ll contribute to sales targets by confidently promoting product benefits and encouraging purchases, while also collecting customer feedback to help improve the customer experience. On event days, you'll assist with the setup and breakdown of stands or displays, manage crowd engagement, and work as part of a team to deliver smooth, well-organized campaigns. Collaboration with your team is key, and you’ll participate in team meetings to review goals, share ideas, and develop sales strategies that align with our brand partners’ objectives.
