Identify, qualify, and manage DSPs including sourcing, contract negotiation, reputation checks, and daily operations support. | Bachelor’s degree preferred, logistics experience, Mandarin proficiency, strong negotiation and communication skills, and analytical detail orientation. | Responsibilities: • DSPs Sourcing: Identify and source potential DSPs across the country. • Qualification Checks: Conduct thorough qualification and compliance reviews. • Reputation Investigation: Assess the business reputation of prospective DSPs. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with DSPs. • Contract Oversight: Negotiate and manage contracts with DSPs. • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams for smooth DSP integration. • Price Negotiation: Negotiate service prices effectively. • Daily Management: Support daily operations of DSPs and ensure performance standards. • Cultural Integration: Educate DSPs on company culture and policies. • Payment Terms: Ensure compliance with payment terms. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Data Analysis or related field preferred. • Proficiency in Mandarin is required. • Experience in the Logistics industry. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Detail-oriented and strong analytical abilities.
