We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for our students. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and eager to make a positive impact on young lives. This position is Monday-Friday from 11am-3pm! Key Responsibilities: • Assist lead teachers with classroom activities, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. • Supervise classroom while teachers go on lunch breaks. • Supervise and engage with children during lunch, play, and rest time activities. • Support children’s needs, including lunch, bathroom assistance, and maintaining routines. • Float between classrooms to provide coverage as needed. • Communicate effectively with staff, children, and parents in a professional manner. • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities. • Ability to keep children within sight and sound supervision at all times.
