The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of what works in both Google Ads and SEO, and can turn complex data insights into clear, actionable plans for growth. Pay: $35 - $45 per hour depending on experience Hours: 5-10 per week with opportunities for growth Schedule: Flexible Location: Remote - U.S. residents only Responsibilities: • Analyze performance data within Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities. • Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to improve visibility, organic traffic, and conversions. • Identify opportunities to improve Google Ads structure, targeting, and performance. • Evaluate websites and recommend conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics to increase conversions and engagement. • Stay current with Google algorithm updates, ad trends, and best practices to ensure strategies remain effective and compliant. • Troubleshoot conversion tracking issues within Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and GA4. • Communicate with team discussing data, trends, and strategies Requirements: • 5+ years of Google Ads & SEO experience • Proficiency in GA4, GSC, and Google Ads • Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into clear, strategic recommendations • Excellent communication skills, you can explain insights to both technical and non-technical team members • Experience working within agency environments or managing multiple client accounts • A proactive mindset, you catch issues, uncover opportunities, and don’t wait for someone else to flag them • A love of spreadsheets, dashboards, and uncovering the “why” behind performance metrics • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects About Get YOU Found - Digital Marketing Our award-winning digital marketing agency, Get YOU Found Digital Marketing, was started in 2008 in Greensboro, NC.
