Role Overview As the Developer Relations Lead, you will connect with, inspire, and educate developers willing to build on the GenLayer platform. Your main goal will be to create, nurture and expand a network of enthusiastic developers with passion for building solutions leveraging the potential of GenLayer. This role includes developing and executing strategies to grow our developer community, overseeing the development of technical educational materials, managing the developer journey, hosting external events including hackathons, forging external partnerships, and enhancing communication channels and capturing developer insights. Key Responsibilities Own the developer journey from website to documentation to tools and building. Organize and lead external hackathons and developer meetups. Enhance and manage developer communication channels. Produce technical content including: tutorials, demos. Create and lead a global team of ambassadors, developer advocates and technical educators. Develop and execute strategies to increase developer engagement with the GenLayer platform. Capture, analyze, and share relevant developer insights. 3+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Technical Community Management, or similar roles. Technical proficiency in programming languages, blockchain technology and crypto Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Analytical and data-driven approach to community building. Proven ability to handle complex community situations with empathy and tact. Lead the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and infrastructure for development, testing, and deployment. Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of the infrastructure. | 3+ years of experience in DevOps roles is required, along with proficiency in CI/CD tools and containerization technologies. Role Overview We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the setup and maintenance of our CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and infrastructure required for the development, testing, and deployment of the custom Python interpreter and its associated blockchain functionalities. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of our infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using different tools. Implement and manage containerization using Docker and Kubernetes. Manage cloud services and infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Use infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Ansible for automation. Ensure the infrastructure is robust, scalable, and secure. Collaborate with the development and research teams to streamline the deployment process. Write comprehensive documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. 3+ years of experience in DevOps roles. Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Workflows, Zuul CI).
