Ensure successful execution of production jobs, resolve defects, develop/enhance mainframe logic, and support project initiatives related to benefits and enrollment. | Strong mainframe COBOL skills, ability to test and promote packages on mainframe, SQL expertise, experience with system development lifecycle, cross-team collaboration, and excellent communication. | Fully remote- Working in EST. The primary focus of this role will be to ensure the successful execution of production jobs, resolve defects, and develop or enhance mainframe logic to prevent job failures. This will include working on claim file loading, CDH membership reconciliations, and corrections. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the ability to support project initiatives related to 2026 benefits and enrollment. Top 3 Required Skills/Experience – • Resource must have strong mainframe (COBOL) skills • Ability to test packages on the mainframe, promote packages using change management. • SQL – database query, troubleshooting, and reporting. Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include: • Experience with system development and project lifecycle processes • Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business friendly language. Education/Certifications – • Bachelors degree in computer science or 10+ years experience.
