What You'll Do Design, implement, and optimize insurance solutions powered by advanced AI agents. Collaborate with customers (including leading global insurance companies) to identify business needs and tailor product integrations. Experiment with and evaluate new agentic workflows, orchestration systems, and LLM-enabled insurance solutions. Partner closely with engineering and product teams to drive roadmap and deliver mission-critical features. Serve as a technical and domain expert, bridging the gap between AI innovation and insurance client requirements. Build and document best practices and solution templates for rapid deployment. What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, or related roles in high-growth startups or tech companies. Experience working in commercial insurance, or for a company that sells products or services directly into the commercial insurance market (brokerage, carrier, MGA, or insurance technology provider). Strong technical background; experience with Python and AI/ML products highly preferred. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to operate with autonomy in fast-paced, high-ownership environments. Bonus: Prior experience with AI platforms, insurance technology, or founding team environments. We’re seeking an Executive Assistant & Operations Lead to partner directly with our founders and leadership team to keep FurtherAI running at top speed. In this role, you will take ownership of key operations and administrative tasks, help drive strategic initiatives, and ensure smooth execution day-to-day. If you thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments and enjoy handling a diverse range of responsibilities, we’d love to meet you. | Role Details Location: San Francisco, CA. This role is based out of our San Francisco HQ and is not eligible for full-time remote work.
