Working closely with FUCHS’ Sales and Technical colleagues, to understand our customers' needs to facilitate profitable service solutions in your respective territory. This position is based at our corporate office in Harvey, IL, and reports to the Director of Smart Services. The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the Smart Services Managers and their respective territories in exceeding our customer expectations through our Smart Services offering, while also ensuring profitable account performance is being maintained as we accelerate our growth. We are looking for someone who will bring the energy, enthusiasm, and results-focused approach necessary to meet our aggressive targets. (Chemistry, Engineering, etc.), MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in sales and account management Proven experience in initiating, managing, and closing sales processes. Strong consultative selling abilities and interpersonal skills. Excellent decision-making and negotiation skills, with the ability to work under pressure. Strategic vision and planning capabilities. Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. Team spirit and ability to work in international teams.
