The Inside Sales and Office Manager is responsible for overseeing both the sales operations and the administrative functions of an office. This role blends business development, customer relationship management, and team coordination with organizational and administrative oversight. Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities: • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and business partners. • Prepare and analyze sales reports to guide decision-making. • Oversee customer service standards and ensure client satisfaction. Office Management Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day office operations (scheduling, supplies, communications, shipping traffic etc.). • Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications. • Answer phones and direct calls appropriately • Prepare bill of ladings Skills and Qualifications: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Experience in wholesale lumber sales preferred. • Exceptional customer service. • Proficiency with office management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office). • Knowledge of financial and administrative procedures.
