This role requires a professional with strong leadership skills, extensive office management experience, and proficiency in administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining processes, managing staff, and ensuring efficient office workflows to support organizational goals. Responsibilities • Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management • Supervise administrative staff, providing training and development opportunities • Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for executives and departments • Coordinate vendor management activities, including contracts and service agreements • Handle bookkeeping, budgeting, payroll, and financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software • Plan and execute company events, meetings, and special projects • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure compliance with recordkeeping standards • Manage human resources functions such as onboarding, employee records, and policy enforcement • Ensure effective communication across departments through clear phone etiquette and organizational skills • Support medical office management tasks if applicable to the organization’s scope Qualifications • Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or related roles with supervisory responsibilities • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Proficiency in QuickBooks, calendar management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Experience with event planning, vendor relations, payroll processing, and bookkeeping • Background in human resources or medical office management is a plus • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams and managing projects • Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities • Prior experience with clerical tasks such as filing and front desk operations is preferred This role is ideal for a proactive professional eager to lead administrative functions while fostering a productive work environment.
