Manage and secure cloud and on-premise systems, support infrastructure modernization, and ensure cybersecurity best practices. | Requires 5+ years of experience in systems and infrastructure administration, with strong skills in Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows, and network security. | Foodirect is seeking a Hybrid Cloud & Infrastructure Systems Administrator to own, secure, and modernize our IT environment. This is a hands-on role responsible for Microsoft 365, Azure cloud infrastructure, on-premise servers, networking, physical security systems, and end-user computing in a growing organization. You will play a key role in stabilizing legacy systems while leading our modernization and cloud transformation strategy. This is not a help desk role. This is an ownership role for someone who wants to be the technical backbone of a company. • Own and administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) • Manage Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, MFA, and identity security • Deploy, secure, and manage endpoints using Intune and Windows Autopilot • Maintain Windows 10/11 enterprise configuration, patching, and compliance • Administer Azure virtual machines, networking, storage, and backups • Maintain and support on-premise servers, virtualization, and hybrid connectivity • Support and integrate with AS400-based systems and data workflows • Manage firewalls, VPNs, site-to-site networking, and internet connectivity • Administer and maintain DVR / IP camera and physical security systems • Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures • Own user onboarding/offboarding, access governance, and hardware lifecycle • Provide light desktop support and advanced troubleshooting • Maintain IT documentation, standards, and vendor relationships • Lead modernization, automation, and infrastructure improvement initiatives • 5+ years of systems and infrastructure administration experience • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) • Proven experience managing Azure virtual machines, networking, and storage • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot • Strong Windows Server and Windows 10/11 enterprise administration background • Experience supporting hybrid (cloud + on-prem) environments • Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices (MFA, Conditional Access, endpoint security, backups) • Experience managing firewalls, VPNs, and network connectivity • Comfortable providing advanced desktop and user support • Ability to work independently, own systems, and manage vendors Job Type: Full-time Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
