| Qualifications - History of achievement (top schools, competitive programming, research, or standout projects) - Have worked at a startup before or are currently at a top tech company (e.g. Meta, Databricks, Ramp, Nuro, Vercel, Replit) and looking to take high ownership - Intellectually curious, fast-moving, and motivated by solving hard, ambiguous problems - Excited to work in a small team where you’ll have outsized impact on product and company trajectory Responsibilities - Build and scale our core web application (frontend + backend) that dispatchers live in daily - Architect, implement, and maintain production-grade APIs and data pipelines - Collaborate directly with founders to scope, ship, and iterate on features quickly - Shape the long-term product vision, both technically and in user experience Why Fleetline Our team is extremely small; you would be one of our first hires.
