Geo: US ,Western Europe (France, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Sweden, Iceland, Italy, Austria, Ireland, Norway) What You'll Do • Work on AI model training initiatives by curating high-quality code examples, building solutions, and correcting code across multiple languages, including Python, JavaScript (React), C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go. • Evaluate and refine AI-generated code to ensure efficiency, scalability, reliability, and maintainability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI-driven coding solutions against industry performance benchmarks. • Build and maintain agents that verify code quality and identify common error patterns. • Hypothesize and assess model capabilities across the full software engineering lifecycle, including prototyping, architecture design, API design, production implementation, launch, experimentation, monitoring, and operational maintenance. • Design verification mechanisms that automatically validate solutions to software engineering tasks. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. • At least 2+ years of continuous full-time experience at a top-tier product or technology company (e.g., Google, Stripe, Amazon, Apple, Meta, Netflix, Microsoft, Datadog, Dropbox, Shopify, PayPal, IBM Research). • Strong experience building full-stack applications and deploying scalable, production-grade systems. • Proficiency with modern programming languages and development tools. • Deep understanding of software architecture, system design, debugging, and code quality/review best practices. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical evaluations and reasoning. Requirements • 10+ years of professional engineering experience, with 5+ years building mobile fintech apps. • Proven track record delivering complex, secure financial products with high-quality UX/UI. • Expert-level proficiency in React Native + Expo. • Solid full-stack background with TypeScript and serverless AWS architecture. • Strong understanding of secure authentication (Cognito, JWT, device secrets) and data protection. • Experience with stablecoins, blockchain transactions, or payment API integrations. • Strong knowledge of real-time networking (WebSockets, SSE). • Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day development. • Passion for innovation and setting new standards in AI-driven software engineering.
