Provide labor law legal services including collective bargaining, contract administration, grievance arbitration, and unfair labor practice defense and prosecution. | JD from ABA-accredited law school, admission to Oregon Bar, 2-5 years labor law experience with collective bargaining and contract administration, preferred NLRB experience. | The Portland office of Fisher Phillips seeks an associate with 2-5 years of traditional labor experience. The ideal candidate will have collective bargaining and contract administration experience, including grievance arbitration experience. Prior experience defending and prosecuting unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board is preferred. Candidate with some employment litigation will be considered. We know what factors are needed to provide excellent client service to our internal and external clients. This means we are looking for attorneys with excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, commitment to and empathy for their fellow team members, and a relentless commitment to growth and client service. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 4-6 years of employment experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners.
