Provide labor law legal services including collective bargaining, contract administration, grievance arbitration, and unfair labor practice defense and prosecution. | JD from ABA-accredited law school, admission to Oregon Bar, 2-5 years labor law experience with collective bargaining and contract administration, preferred NLRB experience. | The Portland office of Fisher Phillips seeks an associate with 2-5 years of traditional labor experience. The ideal candidate will have collective bargaining and contract administration experience, including grievance arbitration experience. Prior experience defending and prosecuting unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board is preferred. Candidate with some employment litigation will be considered. The yearly salary range for this position is $190,000 - $220,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
