Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring compliance, profitability, staff training, customer service, and community engagement. | Must ensure regulatory compliance, lead and train staff, manage profitability, maintain equipment, and represent the brand professionally. | REPORTS TO: Owner/Franchisee POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT: This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs® Restaurant while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations.
