Oversee marketing strategy for retail and wholesale cannabis brands, manage creative teams, and analyze campaign performance. | Experience in retail marketing, team leadership, and managing marketing budgets, with a focus on B2B and B2C strategies. | About Us We are a growing vertically integrated cannabis company operating only in Oregon, consisting of 9 retail dispensary locations in the Portland Metro Area called "Broadway Cannabis Market" and "Mint Cannabis Co." and two state-leading manufacturing brands, selling a full line of cannabis products to 280+ retailers; called "Fire Dept. Cannabis" and "Feel Goods". We employ 120+ full-time employees across the organization. We exclusively seek out highly motivated people that fit well into our positive company culture and enjoy the challenges of being part of a fast-growth company in a highly regulated and competitive market. The Role We are looking to fill the position of Marketing Manager. This is a versatile role that bridges the gap between our Retail operations (B2C) and our Wholesale support (B2B). You will oversee the marketing strategy for our dispensaries (Broadway Cannabis Market and Mint Cannabis Co.) while simultaneously creating trade-marketing assets for our house brands (Fire Dept. Cannabis and Feel Goods). We are looking for a Contributor-someone who can manage the high-level budget and strategy but is also ready to execute campaigns, manage vendor relationships, and oversee creative production directly. We have a scrappy start-up culture and Leaders at all levels of the organization must feel comfortable "rolling their sleeves up." Key Responsibilities Retail Focus (Broadway Cannabis MarketMint Cannabis Co.): • Customer Retention: Manage and optimize the rewards program messaging and execute direct mail campaigns to increase customer loyalty. • Traffic Generation: Implement strategies to increase traffic to our dispensary websites to drive online ordering. • Merchandising: Implement in-store merchandising strategies to increase Average Order Value (AOV). • Campaigns: Plan and assist with monthly sales campaigns and promotions at the store level. Wholesale Focus (Fire Dept. CannabisFeel Goods): • Brand Assets: Conceptualize and execute "SWAG," in-store signage, and display assets to support the sales team in third-party retailers. • Trade Marketing: Ensure our brands maintain high visibility and consistency across the 280+ retailers that carry our products. General Management: • Creative Oversight: Direct supervision of the in-house Graphic Designer team, ensuring deadlines are met and creative aligns with brand voice. • Budgeting: Manage monthly marketing budgets, timelines, and cross-departmental communication based on observed analytics. • Analysis: Track the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to maximize ROI. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Experience: Retail (brick and mortar) marketing experience is required. Experience supporting B2B/Wholesale brands is a strong plus. • Leadership: Experience managing creative teams (Graphic Designers) is required. • Education: Formal education in marketing is preferred. • Attributes: Ability to work across teams and manage priorities to accomplish multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines. • Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a current OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit.
