Deliver installation training for automotive films and provide technical support to customers and internal teams. | Minimum 3 years of automotive film installation and training experience, with relevant certifications, and ability to travel extensively. | About the role The Field Training and Product Support Specialist will deliver installation training for Automotive and Sign and Graphics film products and provide technical support to installer customers. This role is critical to sustaining and building training capacity. The position requires strong installation expertise, technical product knowledge, and the ability to execute structured, high-quality training programs while conveying the value of partnering with Fellers to gain the benefits of the speed, service, and selection values provided by Fellers. What you'll do Facilitate hands-on installation training for automotive films (PPF, window film, and vinyl wrap), ensuring consistent learning outcomes and adherence to best practices Deliver clear technical explanations of film behavior, product differences, application techniques, and troubleshooting methods. Provide technical support and product guidance to internal sales teams and external installer customers across branded and private-label offerings. Partner closely with sales to support pre- and post-sale customer needs, helping drive product adoption and customer success. Act as the primary technical resource for Cheetah Wrap and Fellers Black, ensuring strong product knowledge for internal and external partners. Develop and maintain training materials, agendas, curriculum frameworks, key learning objectives, and site requirements aligned with product specifications. Contribute insights to the ongoing development of the training program, including course mix, delivery methods, and operational processes. Continuously update and expand product knowledge to support accurate training, customer guidance, and sales growth. Establish and maintain a safe, professional, and well-organized training environment in all locations. Take initiative to understand customer needs and recommend solutions that enhance product outcomes and usage. Travel approximately 32 weeks per year to conduct training, visit customer sites, and support industry-related activities. Build strong, trusted relationships with customers through professionalism, expertise, and consistent follow-through. Qualifications Ability for overnight travel 32 weeks per year Minimum of 3 years proven installation experience with automotive films, including paint protection film (PPF), window tint, and vinyl wrap. Minimum of 3 years experience in a training environment, responsible for developing training content, agendas, and instructional materials. Prior sales experience a plus, as interaction with shop owners can cement the relationship with Fellers Documented experience delivering installation training or conducting technical demonstrations in a professional environment. Strong technical understanding of automotive films and prior exposure to wrap shop or production environments. Valid and current certifications (or ability to certify on the job) from 3M or Avery Dennison in relevant automotive film products required, Avery BWF a plus. Strong written and verbal communication, customer interaction, and problem-solving skills in technical contexts. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ability to learn Salesforce. Physical Requirements Ability for overnight travel a minimum of 32 weeks per year Repeated lifting, bending, reaching and stooping Must be able to push, pull, and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Assist in daily warehouse operations including stock control, receipt, storage, retrieval, shipment preparation, and maintaining inventory records while following safety policies. | High school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years warehouse experience, computer skills including MS Office and inventory software, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in a team. | About the role The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This includes stock control, along with receipt, storage, retrieval and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. This role also helps to organize shipment loading and transferring and keeps records of documents by entering data into the inventory system. This role will be responsible for following company and site-specific safety policies. What you'll do Performs administrative activities associated with warehouse operations and the prevention of inventory shrink, including performing cycle counts. Ensures that merchandise is received and stored in an efficient and economical manner; and maintains required records in conformance with company policy. Prepares shipments of materials in accordance with company policy. Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
