ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Feeding Tampa Bay is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our mission-driven team. This role requires a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and project management expertise. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing IT projects, collaborating with executives to define project scope, and optimizing process flows to enhance efficiency. • Project Leadership: Lead and manage IT-related projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline • Executive Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact between the IT department and executive leadership, translating business needs into technical requirements and project plans. • Process Optimization: Identify and analyze existing process flows, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. • Solution Management: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency. • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT personnel, department heads, and external vendors, to ensure project alignment and successful execution. • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, and/or 5+ years of experience in IT project management or a similar role. • Proven experience in successfully managing complex IT projects. • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with executives and diverse teams. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Demonstrated ability to identify and optimize business process flows. • Alignment with the mission and values of Feeding Tampa Bay. • PMP or other project management certifications preferred. • Experience with project management software tools. • ITIL or other IT service management certifications preferred.
