Just last year, we served 85M meals to our neighbors through direct service and through our network of 400+ food pantry partners. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Feeding Tampa Bay is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our mission-driven team. This role requires a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and project management expertise. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing IT projects, collaborating with executives to define project scope, and optimizing process flows to enhance efficiency. • Project Leadership: Lead and manage IT-related projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline • Executive Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact between the IT department and executive leadership, translating business needs into technical requirements and project plans. • Process Optimization: Identify and analyze existing process flows, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. • Solution Management: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency. • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT personnel, department heads, and external vendors, to ensure project alignment and successful execution. • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership. Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, and/or 5+ years of experience in IT project management or a similar role. • Proven experience in successfully managing complex IT projects. • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with executives and diverse teams. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Demonstrated ability to identify and optimize business process flows. • Alignment with the mission and values of Feeding Tampa Bay. • PMP or other project management certifications preferred. • Experience with project management software tools. • ITIL or other IT service management certifications preferred.
