This role focuses heavily on data entry, lead management, and administrative support. We value professionalism, consistent communication, and long-term partnerships. Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time) Commitment: Full-time, long-term Location: Remote (International applicants welcome) Benefits Monthly Base Salary Based on Experience Work from Home Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities Your Daily Responsibilities: • Review incoming real-time insurance leads and assign them to our sales agents quickly and accurately. • Monitor all lead follow-ups and prepare efficiency reports for management. • Send review links to clients through email and SMS. • Assist with monitoring staff inboxes and reviewing office processes. • Run performance and workflow reports for management. • Create Loom videos for internal training. • Respond to client text messages professionally. Requirements Requirements: Must be available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM MST Must be extremely reliable—consistent daily attendance is required Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent attention to detail Comfortable with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to grow with our company.
