We are looking for an energetic and outgoing person to help promote our clinic in the community and increase awareness across Northwest Indiana. Position Overview: The Community Outreach & Grassroots Marketing Coordinator will represent Family Urgent Care through in-person outreach, relationship building, and community engagement. This role involves visiting local businesses and organizations to introduce our services and build long-term partnerships. Responsibilities: • Conduct grassroots marketing throughout Northwest Indiana. • Visit local businesses, schools, community centers, and events. • Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and organizations. • Distribute flyers, promotional materials, and information about our services. • Represent Family Urgent Care at health fairs and community events. • Track weekly outreach activities and provide updates to management. • Identify new opportunities for community involvement. Qualifications: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable initiating conversations. • Ability to work independently and manage time well. • Reliable transportation required. • Experience in marketing, sales, or outreach is a plus but not required.
